Legal Question in Employment Law in India

myself mahendra kumar working in fortisescort hospital amritsar,punjab (india) as a staff nurse since 1 sep. 2010.

now i am goining to resign, company accept resign but hr department demanding extra 10,000 Rs. because they sent to me for extra training to over main branch delhi.

during training company demand me to deposit my original document for a contact of three month.

i had not deposit of my document because company had not giving me any recept.

so i discountinue my training.

so what i can do ????

where i can complaint????

labour court or cunsumer court??????

our hr department harresmentig me and talining me that compancy will not give ur provident fund

plz give me ur kind suggestionn
