Legal Question in Employment Law in India

My MD & EXEC-VP,USA, were taking information, unethically from me,prior to joining them. The data corresponds to a collaboration we were planning to do with a US company. 2. We had developed a product in India, and the US company was suffering in a 2MUSD business. They hired me, cajoled me into giving some data, and on some pretext fired me. I have all the data which was mailed etc. Also an investigation was done by the US people, and said the termination was justified. There are few more data, which mill make them shiver. Its a 4BUSD company. Secondly i have 2 to 3 variations of my offer details. The email discussions were not added to the final draft which was signed by both the parties, i somehow overlooked while signing. I have been emailing them for past 50 days, but no relief or good response.

Hi,

We need to see that what exactly was your relation with the US company i.e as an employee or as an consultant.

Tell us whether you were stationed in India only and serving them or you went to US also?

What was the data like which you supplied to them .

Consult a lawyer and discuss the case with him in detail in order to come to any conclusion or advise.
