Legal Question in Employment Law in India
if any member did the gift-deed to onw son,
can society take transfer charger......yes or no why ?
can society given a membership of hsg society....hi did gift-deed with stamp duty and ragistretion.
but hi never submit cidco transfer charge......
i don't know under witch law

The society may be entitled to charge a fee for transfer of owner's name as per its bye-laws and ./ or Rules framed under the Act.
