Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi

Below mentioned are the wordings used in my appointment letter my question is can i give one month notice period and buyout rest two months notice period even if company is not ready for buyout.

I am a confirmed employee

Please suggest me the way out.

After conformation, the contract of employment can be terminated by either party by giving three months notice to the other party, subject however to the Company's right to pay / accept salary in lieu thereof

Hi,

See if you have suffitiante grounds and evidence of your dissatisfaction in the employment , or something to show that the compnay is at fault , then deffiniatly you can move out before 3 months.
