MINE IS A SMALL SSI UNIT HAVEING ABOUT 40 EMPLOYEES .WHAT IS THE RETIREMENT AGE OF LABOUR IF THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT LETTER.I HAVE A CASE IN LABOUR COURT WITH THE LABOUR CLAIMING THAT THERE IS NO RETIREMENT AGE SO HE CANNOT BE REMOVED
