Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I had taken one month of Vacation for which My supervisor marked 22 working days instead of 30 days leave. Now that i have returned, management has terminated me saying i was paid extra 6 days and its an issue of Code of Conduct. They also deny me certificate for my 3 yrs experience in that oraganization. Please advice if i have any options here.

Dear Sir,

The Company does not have a case here and their action against you, if it is on this specific ground only, is flimsy. You cannot be held responsible for the negligence of your supervisor.
