Legal Question in Employment Law in India
my mother died when she was working in NIT Kurukshetra as Tracer in Electrical Engg. Deptt. on 25.08.2010. i submit my application for the job on the base of compassionate ground( ex gratia). i have two sister(married) and i am only son. i work in private college in haryana. but the NIT Kurukshetra authority reject my application on the following basis.
1. that i am in job in private college
2. that my sister are married
3. one plot and one second hand car
4. Insurance and Providend fund is sufficient for me.
so please tell me and help me.
the above following point my application had rejected.
