Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Ours is a multinational company. We are going to set up a new subsidiary unit in Bangladesh. One of our top Executives is transferred. Since he is the sole authority of the new unit at Bangaladesh, we asked him to resign and join as a new person.
Please let us know whether he can transfer and continue his gratuity in Bangladesh, or he has to get the settlement from here.
Please let us clarify the legal implication if he is continue his gratuity
