Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a national manager in a pvt ltd and was given chennai/delhi/hyderabad as my juridistion i was in delhi for the full of jan month and was in in touch with my immediate boss on delay basis now my boss states that i was on leave for the last month and is not willing to pay my jan salary how do i get my salary i want to leave the company immediately kindly help in how i proceed on this matter

Firstly send legal notice and u may file civil suit and may complaint before labour court
