Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello, I am name is Neha Saxena. I am working with Bank of AMerica for the last three years. From the first day, my preformance was excellent, I was awarded many times with differnt awards. From the last 3 months, I am able to perform well, but out of four matrics, I have missed one odf the matric each month. They have given me a one month time to improve my performace, otherwise, they will force me too resign. My husband was hospitalized, because of whihc I was not able to meet threshold.......emotional stress. The proces where I am workuing is so dynamic....there is no one who is consistently meeting here. As I am the highest paid employee here, they want me to leave company. IS there any legal law case that I can file agaiunst the company as I was always a top perform in the comopanty for the last 3 year. pleaser lety me know as soon as possible.
