Non Salary Payment

Hi,

i work with bse listed company .The company has not paid us salary for last 4 months .Quaterlt results were decleared and was at ptofit at rs 1 crore.Balance sheet shows employee cost of rs 3cr paid during quater.

Please suggest my legal options

You may make a demand for your dues;

You may consider filing a suit for recovery; if you are a workman, you may approach the authorities under labour laws - Payment of Wages Authority;

if liability is admitted, you may seek winding up of the company.
