non settlement of full & final

hellow sir

I have worked in reliance communication for over four years and resigned in the month of june 2008.Untill today Ihave not been paid my leave incashment etc. all my e mails and phone calls are being ignored.What I can do to get my dues from the company

You may send them a demand notice by registered a.d. post; and if you do not get a positive response within stipulated time you may consider filing a suit for recovery of your dues.
