Legal Question in Employment Law in India
non-payment--second question
Hi Sir,
I got your answer that i should forget the whole matter does that mean my friend wont get the salary..?pls explain. I am retyping the ques that was asked-Hi Sir,
My friend joined a BPO as an A.M.and worked there for just 16 days. The work environment was pathetic and her immediate supervisors were pathetic. Her immediate boss was having a physical relationship with the TEAM LEADER of the process and they were not able to tolerate that an A.M. would be above that team leader. MY friend was upset as they used fight and misbehave with her..she resigned on net..sent ann email of resignation. Till date they have not paid her the salary for those 16 days ..please advise as now the HR of that company is not respoinding to her mails. She was expecting an amt of 13.5 k..please advise and she cannot spend too much of money for an amt of 13k..regards

Re: non-payment--second question
The litigation cost involved may go way beyond the money you may claim; and the result would still be uncertain; therefore, you are advised to forget the whole issue.
