Legal Question in Employment Law in India
The notice period specified in my offer letter is 1 month. Now the company has informed through a mail that the notice period has been changed to 3 months, I have not signed any agreement regarding the 3 month notice period. Is the mail from the employer sufficient to change my notice period to 3 months and can it be held as company policy and applied for my releiving?
