Legal Question in Employment Law in India
The notice period in my organisation as per the company policy is three months. If I'm ready to pay notice pay in lieu of notice period, can the company still force me to serve complete notice period of 3 months? Can they stop my relieving letter?

the company cannot force you to work in case you willing to pay an amount equivalent to your notice period.
