Notice Period for resignation
Company policy is:
''Three months notice period without any leaves and earned leaves or payed leaves can not be compensated against notice period'' Is it legal, If someone wants to quit asking company to comensate notice period against EL or PL What best can be done.

Yes it is binding term of contrat between you and your employer. If you quit without giving 3 month notice, then you might be guilty of breach of contract, and in that case you might have to pay damages and compensation.
