Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Notice Period served less , Relieving required

Hi I was working in an IT firm in Noida which has 2 months notice period. I resigned and served full 1 month notice period and then discontinue with my job due to some personal resons.

Now this company is not providing me my Relieving and experience letter , however they are ready to do my full and final settlement.

Is there any way legally by which I can ask for my experience and relieving letter ?

Provding of reliving letter and experience letter will depend on the policy of the company. However, in your full and final settlement the company is bound to deduct the balance notice pay and provide you with the remaining.

I beleieve your full and final settlement letter will be sufficient document that you have been releived of your job.
