Legal Question in Employment Law in India

when the notice period is against each year of service subject to maximum of 3 months notice period. If worked in a company for 17 month what will be notice period in this case

It depends upon your service position, if you r regular or contract basis or daily wager. if you are permanant then notice period is one to three months, irrespective of duriation.
