Legal Question in Employment Law in India
in my offer letter it is mentioned that i cant join a competitor firm for 6months after resignation. i got a very good offer from a company who is a bit similar in nature. can my company sue me?

Hello,
Technically you can not, whereas, it depends upon your relationship with your firm.
Try to get a No Objection letter from you current employer.
Once you have no Objection letter, you can freely join any company.
