Legal Question in Employment Law in India
In my offer letter notice period is mentioned as 1 month, I have put down my papers and now company asking me to serve 2 months notice period. I have not signed any agreement with the company agreeing my notice period is two months. now i am in a critical situation kindly let me know how convince my employer for 1 month notice period. what is indian labhour law says about this ?

You dont need to work for 2 months, unless you want to. The company cannot force you to work for two months.
