Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have been offered an employment letter from company A which I was supposed to sign and put a joining date to give my consent . At that time i was not sure when will my current employer company B will releive me hence I put a date ( 30 June 2010 and quoted "tentatively" alongside ). After discussion with my current employer I am not inclined to join company A . Which I had communicated to company A (on 5 April 2010 ) . Can the company A take any legal action against me .
