Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am an officer in a bank and falsly implecated in a bribe case by CBI, on the basis of detention for more than 48 hours , was suspended from the services about 30 months ago.On bail out after 60 days, I represented the case to the bank many times for revocation of suspension but bank did not replied.No review by the suspeniom committee is intimated to me . please advice me whether there is any legal remedy in the case.
