Legal Question in Employment Law in India
We want to know that my old organization had holdup our increment since April, but now they are going to pay arrear to all current job doing employees. As I had left that job and working with other organization, in this condition they are denying to pay arrear to us. For this we can file a PLI in favour of all employees those left after April?

instead of PIL, civil remedy in the civil court can be obtained.
