Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, we three partners constructed a building in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and now in the process of getting OC, but agent has asked to pay Rs. 2.11 Lakh as labour cess, but it seems to be fishy, our construction cost is around Rs. 68 Lakh, so I would like to know what labour cess we should pay,
