how can pay salary back to company without attending ??
i joined and worked 2 days in Mnc company.i got better opportunity then joined new company.
there is no bond agreement with that old company?In company rule(in my offer letter) ''if you are abscent for a continuous period of 8 days without leave or obtaining manager's approval,you will be deemed to have
voluntarily terminated your service without notice''i have not take any salary from the company .i lost the company issued debit card of bank .
after 9 months i got mail from that company ''you must pay amount of 85000(3 months of salary)''.otherwise they will go
to court & legal notice etc.they send warning''without paying we will inform new company'' how can pay salary without attending?
what should i will do without getting anything?how to proceed?

The important thing to be decided here is whether you are entitle to pay Rs. 85,000. This can be decided only afterperusing your employment contract. If yes, then you can pay the same through demand draft which could be sent by RPAD along with a covering letter.
I suggest you should consult a local lawyer with your employment contract and other details, if any
