Pending Salary
Hi my salary is pending from my previous organisation, I have received the reliving order , when contacted for salary they are citing that the dews from the clients whom i was handling were not collected and hence with holding my salary , please help

You have not mentioned the nature of your job and the nature of employer.
there are different options for different categories.
If you are workman and your employer is an 'industry' and both of you are covered under the I.D.Act, you may claim your salary before the authorities under the Payment of Wages Act.
otherwise you may need to file a civil case for recovery.

The employement agreement with your employer would be relevant to understand your case better.
