Legal Question in Employment Law in India
PF amount
I was working with Firstsource Solutions Limited,Mumbai(BPO)formerly ICICIONESOUCE,and my last working day was 18th sept'08 on which date I have submitted my PF forms.When should the company be submitting my forms in the PF office and how soon will I receive my PF amount.Is there a law which regulates when the company has to submit the PF forms as when I called the company my PF forms are not submitted yet.Kindly advise whether I can legally ask for the submission of PF forms as soon as possible.

Yes, you may request your employer to provide you the PF number allotted to you by the office of PF Commissioner.
