PF Withdrawal

Since I am leaving my present organisation, I would like to know if I can withdraw the amount in my provident fund or can I only transfer to my prospective employer?

It is you option. You may withdraw the PF amount or you can Transfer the same ot the prospective employer. However it is better to Transfer the same ot the prospective employer.

what do you want to do ? partly withdraw or full amount?

form 19 for full withdrawal -

form 31 for partial or permitted withdrawal
