power of an officer to question my employer?
i had actually recived money from the employer.but now i have qiut the job and have joined else were, my old employer have held my pf amount without sining it,asking me to pay back the money i have recived from him.so can i approch the officer from the pf office to make my employer sign my papers for my clearence of my pf without paying the money back to him?
do the officer have the rights to order the employer to clear my papers. and he had paid all my dues on time without fail.
can my employer hold my provident fund amount for my lone taken from him?
do i have a possibility of reciving the money if the peovident fund officer orders my old employer to sign my papers and clear it even if i had not paid my dues back to my old employer?

PF commissioner can not direct your employer to sign your clearance papers.

if it is regarding payment of provident fund then the pf commissioner can ask employer to sign teh papers. but employer can always recover teh amount due from you
