Legal Question in Employment Law in India
One of my previous employer has hold my PF withdrwals taking the plea that a personal loan which I had taken from a bank ,while I was employee of that organisation.I had left the organisation in 09/2009.I am paying my EMIs to the bank regularly.The bank has written a letter to the organisation to withhold the PF as the bank loan isnot totally cleared.I am suffering a lot as my PF accumulations arenot paid to me despite my regular payment of EMIs to the bank.
Please advise how to get my PF withdrawls.

PF can not be withhold, even for recovery of loan.
