Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am from a private concern. I wanted to avail 3 months post maternity leave without pay for child care. Which is not applicable as per HR Policy. I am forced to resign because of that. How can this be dealt legally.

No one can b forced for resign and u can send legal notice and may complaint before labour court
