Legal Question in Employment Law in India
hi! I have a problem regarding resignation from my current organization. My notice period i need to serve is that of 1 month. I can serve a notice period of 24 days. According to Terms and Conditions, i need to serve a notice period of 1 month or the shortfall will be either deducted from the leave encashment or salary against the Basic salary component. I got the same message from the system while adding the Exit Request. There is no knowledge transition pending on my side. my HR is now creating hassles in the same. Kindly suggest something.

No one is creating any hassle except your own greed to breach the contract. You should deposit of salary of the notice period and leave.
