Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a IT Professional.I have resigned from my last employer because they was not able to pay the salaries because of their bad financial condition.
Actually they have told to all the employees to resign, and every body have resigned on same date.
at the time of resign they have given us a latter which contains the description of amount to be paid by them to each employee.
Still they have not paid this amount to any of us.
Now they are saying that we will pay you some % of unpaid amount, and then we want to shutdown this company.
I dont want to take few %. I want full amount.
so what legal procedure can i do for this.
Please reply me as soon as possible so that i can solve my problem.
thank you

you may file a suit for recovery against your employer and for that you may need to prove that he owes you a certain amount of money.
I endorse the said opinion.
