Provident Fund
One of my colleague resigned his job as he wants to move to mumbai. But the reason given for resignation is Night Shift because otherwise our TL wont allow him to go as he is one of the great associate. However he is going to work on night shift in mumbai. He is also applied for withdrawing PF amount and in the form he mentioned the night shift as the reason for leaving. Will his new company get to know about his reason for leaving through the PF account details. will this be an obstacle for him in future company.

This may not be an obstacle in future employment; however, you may need not to withdraw the money from PF account. You may inform your PF Account number to the new employer.

There was hardly any need to tell any lie and then keep stress. you could very well resign from the original job without assigning any reason and join the new company without are pressure or hang-over of the previous employer.
