Provident fund
I was employed with firstsource solutions ltd,mumbai(BP0) and my last working day was 18th sept2008.i had submitted my pf forms on the same day.but my office has not yet submitted the forms in pf office mumbai.is there any law by which i can ask for the submission of the forms at the earliest.if so which law and what should i do.

It is better to wait for further developments. However if you so choose, you may directly contact the office of REGIONAL PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER of your area.
