Pvt Ltd Co presurising me to submit resignation on back date.

Am working in a project mngt pvt ltd co. On 11.02.09 my company is telling me to submit resignation on back date 01.02.09 stating personal reasons. I have not yet submitted resignation but pressurising me tremendously. My query is why the company is not giving me termination letter and if at all i submit my resignation, whether i will be loosing in getting final settlement. Can i get legal support?

We may be able to assist you if we get an opportunity to read few documents. However, you may consider taking assistance of a local lawyer. Further, answering your question it is likley that you may not loose the final settlement in whole but you may lose it partly.

Yes, you may inform the company about the incident and express your refusal to submit any resignation letter, if you do not want to leave this job.
