Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am asking this question for my wife. She was working as a staff nurse in a hospital in Gurgaon,Haryana.She worked there for 3 years and resigned from there on 06th march 2012. Now more than six months cmpleted & she did not get her PF till now. What action we can take on this issue. Please advise.

after getting certificate from the hospital, you need to approach the PF office of your area.
