hi im rakesh
My HR is talking harshly to me and they are not believing that i didt bribed money by selling dumps for international exams. i didt do really. we sent to test taking candidates i'm accepting that. but we didt get any money for that to get achive the target only we sent. now politics happening in NIIT Ltd chennai.and i want my relieving order and salary. pls help me or assist me what to do now. now i have relieved from that company. they didt said that i have terminated and all. they said u cant able to continue your job thats it. pls anyone help me.

Dear Rakesh...
Did your company gave you a written notice for the termination........if no then send an application to ur department head as well as other authorities and ask for written explanation...If they do not reply file a case in labor court for termination from job without pri notice and harsh behavior of ur HR
