Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Recently I have appeared for a written test & interview for the post of OPERATOR in a PSU. Now I want to know that in a recruitment process, is it mandatory for the employer to publish the final merit list of the successful candidates for the above said post?

Yes. That can be in form of sending all selected candidates offer letter etc
