Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i have recently joined an IT MNC.But i have attended just the first day in which i have submitted a service agreement of 2 years with 1 lac bond.I have not given the guarantee agreement alongwith service agreement.will i have to pay the money as i have not attended a single day in training.?
