Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Recently i have joined an IT MNC.I have given them a service agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper with a bond of 2 years and 1 lakh. But on the service agreement,there is a column of guarantor signature,which has not been signed.Now,will the service agreement on stamp paper will be considered incomplete as it is not complete w.r.t guarantor sign.what should i do now as i do not want to join the company??

Guarantor is an additional surety and did not absolve your liability.
However, you can have said agreement vetted from your lawyer to find out whether liability of Promissor and Guarantor are separable or non-separable.
