Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Recovery case

I was suggested by your panel of lawyers that I should file a recovery case to get the salary which my previous employer has not payed even after 6 months. Please suggest how to file a recovery case and how much money I need to spend in all the proceeding. I don't want to get into legal hassles where I have to appear in court repeatedly. Plz help me and tell how much money will I will have to spend. I stay in new delhi. can this be done in any court of law?

Re: Recovery case

I suggest you should approach a local lawyer where your previous employment was and take the necessary details and opinion from him. Further, fee quote of a lawyer will also vary based on the seniority of the lawyers.

Re: Recovery case

as i have suggested in previous query, in case you were working on a higher level, you can file the suit for recovery in a civil court and you need not appear on every hearing being a civil case and your lawyer would do the needful.
