Recruitment & Cheating Case

Dear Sir

This is with regards to the recruitment in the company.

I was was appointed in the one of the company in india at higher post.

I was forced to join within a weeks time.

I have received the offer letter on mail with proper CTC and KRA.

Afer joining I have signed the musters for a week.

Then all of a sudden in the next week of appointment I was informed that my profile is not matching with the job requirements.

This made me leave the company causing me a mental torture and disturbance of family life.

Is there any legal action could be filed against that company?

Well!!! you do not have much options because as per your description you were employed at the higher level. Hence, you employment will be governed by the contract. However, you can consider approaching the comptenet civil court for injunction in bringing into effect the above order. Further, you can also consider claiming damages from the new employer.

The contemplated legal action may be very costly and time consuming; If you are involved in such kind of litigation, you may disturb your piece of mind and will be putting yourself to lot of inconvenience.

Advice : At this stage you may at best send them a registered letter detailing your grievances and claiming a reasonable amount of damage.
