Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Our reigistred company at mumbai.Now one new company bought over and planning to change the name.around 20 branch offices in Tamilnadu. Once the name changed in Mumbai, how can I change the name for all the branch office in Tamilnadu?

You need to make an application to the Registrar of Companies for the change of name and the old company has been sold to another.
once the ROC confirms the change in ownership , you may use the new name in all the branches.
