related to services

I have selected for the direct entry of sub inspector of utter pradesh police after passing all the exam .

I have to join for training on december 2006.

on the same time my parent has died and i was so sick that i have not joined the training .

i have given written request in the training center and i got a letter from them that my application is considering for the second batch training after few weeks i got a letter that i have not joined training in time so i have to meet DIG of allahabad , i have met with him and get assurance for the consideration of my training .

still i am waiting for response but they are not responding .

now suggest is my selection has been finished and still there .

2- can i still get chance for training and service.

Certainly you do have a chance of getting in the job. File a writ petition u/a 226 of the constitution. You have nice facts and a good case to win
