Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My relative who was working in a factory at rampur,Uttar Pradesh died on duty by a massive heart attack.I shall be grateful if you could advise whether the deceased's family is entitled for any compensation over and above the terminal benefits.The factory is just paying Rs 40000 as compensation.The deceased was drawing about Rs 25000 PM and his remaining service was 10 years.I shall be personally thankful if you kindly advise what should be the correct and lawful compensation
