Legal Question in Employment Law in India
First of all thanks for the reply on my request !!
In continuous my earlier mail as I�ve spent my 6 years in this company ... hence to being as a old employee & most importantly as I�m a pregnant lady, I have financial issues to support my family from my parents side ...I need the as a support (infect I suppose it�s ) from the company to make continue my job at least till my delivery as I need the financial support this time.
Please advise if I�m correct on the above statement and advise now in this situation what can I do as a Request to my company OR what can I do further legally
Also what are benefits & detriment in this case.. what action the company can take for this.
Please advise !!
