Resignation Letter
I was issued a 'Employment Contract' which still i have not signed and it states intial period on probation for six months. I have resigned from the organisation. But organisation is demanding for one month notice period or else my one month salary will be forfeited. Please give guideline for my rights

the facts mentioned by you are not complete. if you have joined in response to the letter of appointment, and the terms of the appointment letter are similar as that of the 'employment contract', you may be bound by those terms and the employer may be entitled to forfeit salary for notice period.
better opinion can be rendered only after we have complete information and after perusing all the documents including your appointment letter.
