Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I resigned from the company after 2.5yrs. Company now wants to recover the full joining bonus as they have rule of 3 years. I am asking them to apply pro-rata basis and should recover only for 0.5 months. Is there any legal route that I can opt to resolve this? What is the labor law for this kind of situation?

You can challange the agreement only then it is possible that you may not pay anything else they can recover the amount as per agreement terms and conditions.

There is no labour law. Joining bonus is a contractual issue.
