Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have resigned and last day with my company is 30th June 10 and has been accepted by my manager. We are entitled for30 days annual leave. My HR says as you going to serve for 6 months you are entitled only for 15 days. Kindly help clarify this situation as I feel am entitled for 30 days and can consume the same before I leave the company ie before 30th June 10.
Kindly help as per bylaws.

Your HR Manager is right. You were granted 30 days annual leave. If you have served for six months only, then you are not entitled to full annual leave.
